How do returns work
1. Drop us an Email
Simply drop an email to enquiry@originmattress.co.uk. As part of the returns process we do ask for some images to be sent to
1. Your mattress from above without bedding
2. Your mattress from both long sides without bedding
3. Underside Tag: White tag underneath the mattress and fire label
4. If you’re requesting a return due to an issue, a picture showing this as clearly as possible.
These help us check to make sure the product is as it should have been for you – incase of any less obvious problems, we can offer a solution that might help get you back into a good nights rest. Images also help us better direct the product back on its return journey to ensure we meet our sustainability goals.
2. Free return & full refund
We’ll arrange to pick up your mattress for free! There’s no need to pack it back in the box. Once that’s done, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.
